• Placement of temporary employees as per client’s request
• Ensure employees are qualified for the position required
• Arrange for the required medical, induction, training, etc. as per client’s requirements.
• Issue each employee with the necessary PPE
• Responsible for each employee’s monthly payroll
• Comply with all government legislation:
• - COIDA
• - UIF
• - SARS
• - SDL
• - Liability insurance

Recruitment

• Assist the client to draw up a shortlist of possible candidates for a position
• Verification of candidate’s qualifications
• Do background check
• Arrange for the necessary induction, training, etc. as per client’s requirements
• Correspond frequently with the client to keep them informed of the process.
• Ensure that the placement is done efficiently and professionally.

Cleaning Services – Offices and Plant

• Supply of a cleaning team as per clients’ requirements.
• The cleaning team will have a supervisor/manager to oversee that all is done efficiently and professionally.
• Issue each employee with the necessary PPE
• Issue each team with the necessary tools to perform the job, e.g., brooms, bins, cleaning products.
• Responsible for the employee’s monthly payroll
• Comply with all government legislation:
• -COIDA
• -UIF
• -SARS
• -SDL
• -Liability

Laundry Services

• Take charge of the client’s laundry facility and supply the necessary team to attend to the washing of PPE
• Supply the necessary cleaning materials e.g., washing powder, cleaning of washing/drying machines.
• Issue the team with the necessary PPE
• Responsible for the team’s monthly payroll
• Comply with all government legislation:
• -COIDA
• -UIF
• -SARS
• -Liability

Purchase and deliveries of essential items from non-vendor companies

• Source and supply the necessary items as per request from the client
• Ensure the speedy purchasing and delivery of the items requested.
